QuestGlass

QuestGlass child-safety standards

QuestGlass is an adults-only (18+) service, and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited across every QuestGlass surface. This page explains how anyone can report a concern, how the service prioritizes those reports, and the actions authorized reviewers may take under applicable law.

  • Zero tolerance: CSAE, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and CSAM are prohibited
  • Public reporting contact for users and non-users: support@questglass.com
  • The in-app Child safety / CSAM reason is locked to critical priority

What is absolutely prohibited

QuestGlass prohibits, without exception: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form; sexualization of minors, real or depicted; grooming behavior, including attempts by adults to build trust with minors for exploitative purposes; sextortion; trafficking of minors; and any attempt by a person under 18 to use the service. Credibly implicated content and accounts may be restricted while an authorized reviewer investigates. Confirmed violations can result in permanent account closure without a warning step; related accounts are reviewed on their own evidence.

How to report

Profiles, posts, comments, chat messages, meetups, and quests provide an in-app Report action. Choosing Child safety / CSAM assigns immutable critical priority and creates a trust-and-safety on-call incident. Users and non-users can also write to support@questglass.com without an account. Email is not an emergency service and no response time is guaranteed; if a child or any person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

What happens when we act

Authorized reviewers may restrict content or accounts while investigating a credible report. Depending on the evidence and applicable law, QuestGlass may remove content, close accounts, preserve relevant records under restricted access, notify affected people where lawful, and refer confirmed CSAM or exploitation to the legally appropriate authority or reporting body. Do not download, copy, or forward suspected CSAM in order to report it; identify its location and contact local authorities where required.

Prevention by design

QuestGlass requires users to confirm they are 18 or older, applies automated image-moderation screening to uploaded media, runs server-side moderation on chat, restricts unsolicited contact through message-request controls and daily limits, and keeps meetups oriented to public places with prominent safety guidance. These controls are reviewed as part of our moderation program.

Accountability

These standards are owned by the QuestGlass operator and apply to every surface of the service operated by QuestGlass (questglass.com and the QuestGlass mobile applications). Questions about this policy can be sent to support@questglass.com.
