Delete your QuestGlass account
You can delete your account from Settings. If you cannot sign in, the verified request form below records an external request and gives you a reference; identity must be verified before deletion begins. In-app deletion hides the profile immediately and schedules final deletion after a 30-day cancellation window.
- Log back in within 30 days to cancel account deletion
- Most profile, post, media, chat, and meetup data is deleted after the window
- Safety, fraud, billing, report, dispute, and legal records may be retained when required
How to delete your account
Open Profile, Settings, Account, then Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE before account deletion starts. If you cannot access your account, use the signed-out form below or email support@questglass.com from the address connected to the account. A form receipt does not prove ownership or start erasure; QuestGlass must verify the request first.
What happens immediately
Your public profile is removed from discovery, activity visibility is turned off, a secure deletion request is created, and we try to revoke active refresh tokens so signed-in devices must authenticate again.
30-day cancellation window
If you log back into the same account within 30 days, account deletion is cancelled and your account can continue. After 30 days, the account moves to deletion processing.
Data retained when necessary
Media files are removed from storage within 30 days after account deletion completes. Some records may be retained when needed for legal obligations, safety investigations, fraud prevention, billing, chargebacks, reports, audits, or dispute resolution. Data that is not needed for those purposes is deleted or anonymized as part of the deletion task.
Email updates
A confirmation email is queued when deletion starts, and another email is queued when cancellation or deletion processing is completed where an email address is available.
